Half of what Feasibility does isn't sold as a product. It's engagement-style engineering for Canadian businesses with a specific, hard problem — and a budget short of an enterprise consulting firm but long past a "vibe code it" cycle. We pick up the brief, scope it honestly, ship it fast, and stay on to operate it.
Our solutions engagements aren't for businesses trying to "figure out AI". They're for businesses that already know what AI could do for them — and want a senior team to build it without the eighteen-month consulting cycle.
Typical customers come to us with a one-page brief: "Our underwriters spend 4 hours per file pulling data from these six sources. Can you build the system that does it in 4 minutes?" Or: "We have 8 years of expert annotations. Can you turn them into a model our junior staff can use in production?" If your brief looks like that, we want to talk.
We work best with operators — not committees. The engagement shape that fits us best is a single decision-maker who can write a one-paragraph spec, is on the demo call every Friday, and is willing to ship to one real user before everything is perfect.
No hourly billing, no scope-creep premium, no surprise change-orders. We quote in writing, you sign once, we deliver.
For when you're not sure yet whether AI is the right tool, or what slice of your workflow to start with. We embed engineers for two weeks, produce a working prototype against your data, and write you a brief on what to do next.
For when the problem is clear and you want it built. Senior engineers, demos as we go, real database, real auth, real deploys. The deliverable is software your team is using day-to-day — not a demo, not a POC.
For after the MVP ships. We stay on as your on-call engineering team — model upgrades, new features, monitoring, security patches. Or if you'd rather take it in-house, we hand it over clean. Your choice, every month.
We'd rather describe what we'll do for you than invent customer stories we can't show. Here are the project shapes that play to our strengths — if yours sounds like one of these, we'll take the brief seriously.
You've got years of contracts, precedent memos, expert reports, client files, or process documents. Your team spends hours finding the relevant precedent or extracting the right clause. The data is yours — it just isn't searchable in the way it should be.
We build a private retrieval pipeline: ingestion, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, and a chat or search UI on top — with citations back to the source document, every time. Hosted in a Canadian region by default, or in your own tenant if compliance requires it.
Most small businesses we meet are running on a shared Excel that has quietly become an unofficial application. It's brittle, no one but the owner understands the formulas, and it gets emailed back and forth losing edits along the way.
We rebuild it as proper software with audit trails, permissions, and a thin AI assistant on top — preserving the workflow the team is already used to, but without the fragility. Typical project length is short because the requirements are already in the spreadsheet; we just have to read them.
You've got a POS, a CRM, a booking system, a payroll system, and a books system. None of them talk. The "AI" features on each are unimpressive because each one only sees a slice of the picture.
We build the integration layer underneath — a single warehouse of your business' real data — and put the AI on top of that. The agent that drafts a marketing email actually knows last month's bestsellers; the dashboard that flags underperformance actually knows what was staffed when. Boring plumbing first, intelligent layer second.
If you like Jurisnova, the Realtor Suite, or RaaS but need them in your own Azure / AWS subscription rather than our multi-tenant SaaS, we deploy a private instance — Helm chart on your cluster, your secrets, your VNet — with the same product underneath.
We've designed all three products to deploy this way from day one. Useful for legal customers under solicitor-client privilege, healthcare-adjacent businesses, or anyone whose compliance officer would rather not share a database.
Half of being a feasibility company is honesty about what's not worth building. If you describe one of the projects below, we'll tell you why we won't take it on — and what we'd do instead.
If your moat is "we put a chatbot in front of OpenAI's API", you don't need us — you need a weekend. We build software that works once the chatbot is closed.
If the engagement looks like "discovery → research → architecture review → POC → pilot → maybe production", we'll politely decline. We ship to production by week six. Anything else is a tax on your time.
For regulated work — legal, financial, medical — every AI output lands in front of a human professional before it reaches the end customer. We will not ship around that line, even if asked.
If our exit plan would leave your team unable to maintain what we built, we restructure the engagement until it doesn't. The point is software you own — not software you rent the people to keep running.
